Barrister Rabeya Khanam heads the Corporate Advisory and Intellectual Property wing at Saud & Associates. She possesses extensive expertise in advising foreign investors on FDI entry strategies, cross-border technology licensing, RJSC approvals, and trademark/patent registrations in Bangladesh. She has served as lead legal counsel in major energy sector acquisitions and cross-border commercial joint ventures.
